Strategic Objectives, named IABC Toronto Agency of the Year 2020 continued its award-winning ways at the virtual CPRS Toronto (Canadian Public Relations Society) 2020 ACE (Achieving Communications Excellence) Awards, held Monday night in Toronto.

We are SO proud to share that our results-driven team was recognized with five top awards including four Gold and one Silver for our ground-breaking, innovative campaigns in a variety of sectors and categories.

Kia, #KiaMatch Event
Special Events and Experiential Marketing, GOLD

Kia Canada wanted to assert its global brand mantra, “The Power to Surprise,” among Canada’s influential lifestyle media during the crowded 2019 Canadian Auto Show timeframe. We successfully broke the car show mold and elevated the brand by creating three Pre-Auto Show Media Events in key markets, including a Toronto Valentine’s Day Soirée. We created a dating-style app and invited our media guests to swipe-right to find their #KiaMatch based on fun dating profiles we wrote for each vehicle. MorningStar Farms, Veggie Burgers Launch
New Product Launch, GOLD

Veg out Canada! When Kellogg Canada launched MorningStar Farms Veggie Burgers, it partnered with Strategic Objectives to create a dynamic PR launch to breakthrough in the marketplace cluttered with competitors. We combined media, blogger and influencer relations with an innovative, interactive launch party starring Canadian country music duo, The Reklaws, as brand ambassadors, along with high profile foodie influencers grilling up delicious burgers for everyone.

Groupe Marcelle - Lise Watier, Rouge Fondant Suprême Lipstick Shade Extension
Social Media Campaign, GOLD

No lip service here! Our Influencer Marketing campaign for Lise Watier was the brand’s most successful lipstick program ever and delivered unprecedented sales. Lise Watier was launching 20 new shades in its popular Rouge Fondant Suprême Lipstick range. To generate excitement and increase sales, we produced an innovative and effective Social Media Brand Ambassador program starring four Canadian beauty/fashion Influencers, each with her perfect shade named after her. Our multi-media content plan profiled the new lipsticks on multiple social media platforms, made news throughout the social sphere, and generated awesome awareness and sales results.

foodora Launches LCBO Delivery Partnership

This campaign delivered! When foodora announced an exclusive delivery partnership with the LCBO in Toronto it was a game-changer in the food delivery industry. foodora and Strategic Objectives developed an integrated, multi-faceted program that included extensive media and blogger relations, influencer outreach, and The Ultimate House Party Launch Event. Campaign and sales results exceeded all expectations! Cheers.

Canadian Centre to End Human Trafficking, Hotline Launch
Media Relations, SILVER

We partnered with The Centre to launch its Human Trafficking Hotline in Canada, and help save lives. Through national media relations, a packed-out news conference and web-streaming, we spread news of the hotline with top Canadian media, bloggers, influencers, community and public stakeholders, members of government, partner organizations, victims and survivors of human trafficking and the general public. Together, we helped to educate and increase vital knowledge of the national helpline and the need for support for survivors of human trafficking.

Our Strategic Objectives team is also thrilled to congratulate our newest teammate Mubashira Nusrat Farooqi for winning the CPRS Toronto 2020 ACE Award for Best Student Campaign. We’re SO proud to have Mubashira on our team.
