Masks, the fashion accessory of the year, will take centre stage at a first-of-its-kind virtual performance this September along with dazzling Cashmere BT (Bathroom Tissue) Couture ballgowns, as celebrity Curator Joe Zee presents a stellar cast of 15 leading Canadian fashion designers and their original visions of a future without Breast Cancer at the 17th Annual Cashmere Collection Masquerade Ball.

More than 200 leading and emerging Canadian designers have starred in the unique annual Cashmere Collection featuring fabulous, original fashions entirely crafted in sheets of luxuriously soft Cashmere Bathroom Tissue, Canada’s best-selling brand.

“The Cashmere Collection forms the annual kick-off to October Breast Cancer Month in Canada, and serves as an important fund-and awareness-raiser for the cause,” explains Susan Irving, Chief Marketing Officer at Kruger Products, maker of Cashmere. “A remarkable display of fashion with compassion, the collection shines much-needed light on Canada’s generous and talented fashion designers who are dedicated to finding a cure for the deadly disease,” she says.

Masquerade Ball #Cashmere20

“We decided on the Cashmere Masquerade Ball as our theme last fall, immediately following our show in September 2019," says celebrity stylist Joe Zee, who returns to the internationally acclaimed collection as Curator for the second time in 2020. “It was conceived to inspire our designers, all big name veterans of previous collections, to create spectacular, runway-worthy Cashmere BT (Bathroom Tissue) Couture ballgowns and masks riffing on the iconic theme of a Venetian Ball.”

“And now masks and bathroom tissue have become such hot commodities in 2020!” he adds.

15 Brilliant Designers

Fifteen exceptional designers from across Canada have worked their hearts out alone, and in isolation, through the Coronavirus Pandemic to bring the #Cashmere20 Masquerade Ball to life. Their fanciful, intricate, and magnificent creations are guaranteed to astonish. The designers of the Cashmere Collection 2020 include:
